I forget If a customer orders has priority over dealers allotment but maybe they ordered a bunch thru employee's or family to get inventory on the lot.
So I finally got around to installing the top yesterday. The delivery time was very quick (3 days) from CJPony.
Thanks to the contributors to this thread, things was done right the first time. Tightened the straps up this morning and tops nice and tight. I'll post an update after a few days...
I'm thinking there is some guy driving around with 3 faded roof panels.
Was everything matching when you took delivery? How much time did it take to get like this? What treatments are people using to protect tops?
Well I guess that explains it. They helped me sign up and didn't mention them expiring. I'm familiar with airline and hotel miles so should have known better.

Many many threads about this. (I see you just joined, welcome)
Apparently some of the paper work you get from the dealer means very little to locking in a price. The dealer would love to hear you say you don't want it. They will sell to someone willing to pay extra to jump the "line" and get...
Your going to be pleasantly surprised again when you realize you mpg's are going to average much much lower than that. Your 19-22 mpg is much more realistic, it is what it is.
If you have a 2 door, I can tell you from 1st hand experience, that all 5 Outer Banks rims / tires will fit inside the back (4 standing across and 1 by the tailgate). Just bring cardboard to protect the interior. Sasquatch wheels will without a doubt be too tall and to wide to fit inside like...
