Mine has done this exact thing since new. never have my doors on, so this is a daily nuisance. I took it in and they said it was normal. They said I should buckle my seatbelt before starting, which I do, but it doesn't stop the warnings from popping up. There is no "fix" for this because I...
Agreed, that seems pretty quick to have the engine shipped to the dealer and swapped. Ford must have a supply of engines waiting to go based on their knowledge of this problem.
Little help for you: Nobody likes a busy body do-gooder. Driving cars is a dangerous endeavor, so is riding a motorcycle, walking down the street and basically, walking out your front door every day. You worry about you and let the rest of the world worry about themselves.
I made a mild comment about the Raptor and it was deleted, then all of a sudden the Raptor forum disappeared from the available forum list, I'm assuming that he blocked it from my view which is pretty pathetic. The admin here appears to get but-hurt quite easily. I'll probably get banned for...
You're color blind, whether you realize it or not. A51 is clearly and unquestionably blue.
It's not a truck.
Leather interior in a vehicle like this is beyond stupid.
All of the non Sasquatch wheel/tire combo's look like crap ( econobox proportions ).
Hard tops look like crap.
2 doors look like...
I was told that if someone is seated they need to have their seatbelt on because all of the seats contain sensors.
This is the world we live in. Bloodsucking lawyers control/ruin everything.
Update:
After nearly 2 weeks of looking for the cause Ford has informed my dealer that the problems are actually "safety features". With the doors off, you must buckle your seatbelt before turning the vehicle on or else all of the warning lights and parking brake will engage. Pretty annoying...
Name calling in a thread about washing cars... Not sure why you're so angry, maybe your life sucks, but take a breath and get over it.
I've washed multiple convertible and jeep soft tops countless times over the course of many yrs without "destroying" my tops, or my paint, even in one of the...
Glad you've been to my house to see them.... Also glad that you're here to tell me what my eyes, in fact, aren't seeing.
Plastic windows are fine, no issues to report.
Thats completely ridiculous. I have a “membership” for my cars at the local car wash and go through it multiple times per week ( some times multiple per day if it rains ) in all of them. The paint on all my cars looks perfect, no scratches. In fact, they look as new.
On a side note, my softop...
If it didn’t say Bronco, I wouldn’t have bought it. Ford build quality is pretty terrible, but I’m willing to deal with it because of what it is.
I have the same problem. Take the doors off and tons of errors pop up. Leave the doors on and zero issues. It's been that way since new. My doors are rarely on, which makes it quite frustrating. I have an appointment on the 24th for them to look at it; they claim to have never seen the problems...
No win situation for them. Selling a product at a loss is not a viable business plan, inflation is killing your bottom line and you HAVE to pass that cost on to your customers.
This situation is nothing at all like what scumbag Ford dealers are doing to their customers, because their "costs"...
