  1. My 'Un-wheelable' Bronco (35"s, 3.73's, no lockers)

@BlueWaffle is that a 2.7 engine? Muffler delete sounds great. I've heard it in person on a 2.3. Think I might do that to my 2.7
  2. Non-OEM Glass

Not to badmouth State Farm. Since my homeowners is with them and they could cancel it cause I’m in California leaving me with…? But my State Farm Bronco insurance increased 42%. They claim because my mileage is much higher than estimated (true) and some California insurance board ruling...
  3. Installed Garmin DashCam w/ Dongar Power Adapter

Ah that’s interesting. Do you need to run the wires from the camera to the ODB port? I assume that’s the case. The N4 Pro also has an optional hardwire kit I just found. But I’m feeling too lazy to run hidden wires!
  4. Keep your key fobs isolated, folks.... to prevent stolen Bronco

That's what I do with my Miata! But I rarely park it in a public area these days. I'm actually less worried about the Bronco. Strange, but that's just me.
  5. Keep your key fobs isolated, folks.... to prevent stolen Bronco

It's not that easy. I've looked into it. (Unrelated to Bronco theft)
  6. Installed Garmin DashCam w/ Dongar Power Adapter

I just installed my first dashcam (N4 Pro) using the Donger cable. The issue I have is ASS forces the camera to lose power when stopped at a light. Does that happen with the Garmin? I assume so. The N4 Pro has great video. But the size/weight are massive. I don’t think it’s gonna stay attached...
  7. [How-To] FORScan Audio/Speaker Mods

This is what I did and how I perceived the changes. I did changes incrementally. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/my-diy-audio-upgrade-6-speaker-to-7-speaker.80340/
  8. Broken strut for rear tailgate (terrible design!)

Thanks! Is the replacement working better?
  9. Torque Spec Reference List

Heh. My buddy has a high end Porsche. It requires 450 ft lbs (I think) on the single lug nut. He has the torque wrench for it. It’s huge! 3/4” ratchet heads. Used that on my rear shock mounts. Still hard to torque as it’s so long you don’t get a lot of movement with the Bronco on the ground.
  10. Kicker Key 200.4 amp Disappointing

Did you make the does a changes? This is the detail of what I did https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/my-diy-audio-upgrade-6-speaker-to-7-speaker.80340/
  11. Broken strut for rear tailgate (terrible design!)

Mine pops off regularly. Especially when it’s cold as the strut takes more force to open. Think it’s time for a warranty replacement!
  12. First Mod: In Loving Memory

Beautiful mod. I’m sorry for your loss. Great memory and inspiration for you. Cancer does suck. Lost my two closest friends to it.
  13. Sedona AZ - Broken Arrow in Bronco Big Bend

Broken Arrow is a featured trail in OnyX mapping app. It’s worth the subscription. https://www.onxmaps.com/offroad/app
  14. Mounting those "Dune Flags"?

Super easy to work with these folks. And even if you don’t have professional vector art, you can send a screen shot or a jpeg and they can create a vector file from it that’s surprisingly inexpensive. https://festflags.com/
  15. Carli Suspension Bronco Front Bumper

@Carli-Dan, good instructions and parts list. Question about lights. Looks like your recommended approach is all four lights are on one up fitter switch. Could it also be done where the front-facing lights are wired into the factory fog lights, and the side-facing S2s are on an upfitter? Could...
  16. Homemade Diff Drop for 6G Bronco

I'll take one of each! Also an advocate for SendCutSend.
  17. Mounting those "Dune Flags"?

Ha! Yeah I love it. Funny enough I wanted something different for a dune flag. So I had a couple custom ones made. One has a Grateful Dead logo on it. Haven’t used it yet. Just got my handy flag mount.
