For my time at Offroadeo in Moab they kept us in 4L the entire time on the trails we just used lockers manually as needed. They taught that it's fine to go up to 40mph in 4L.. Never used any of the goat modes there.
Looks great, thanks for posting your install experience. You've made some great mods and videos! I'm considering this mod. I have a soft top also. Any security concerns without the tailskin and the top back or off? I also would love know if the sound is affected with the subwoofer caged in.

Thanks for the reply. I have not seen anything mentioned in the past with forscan , which I have used. But l will check again. Having the lights come on by default when starting the car is as annoying as auto start stop for me.
This is the person who it seems a lot have learned from. He had also made a video on creating 4 way air up yourself that is very easy to follow........His Maxi Trac died at the end of the video. It did have exposed wire and he did test it with an external battery pack and mentioned it would fare...
I would like a full length option under 1k. The concept of removable steps on OEM rails is awesome and practical. In my opinion first to market with a full length option under 1k wins a ton of orders.
