At my local dealer for service - they have a white 4dr badlands 2.3 auto mic top available if anyone is looking. Lightly optioned.
Stanley ford in pilot point tx.
Some of the codes won't go away even after the re-learn, but they do not trip the dash CEL. I've run mine that way since oct last year, with no other problems.
There is another tool called FDRS that sounds like it can make the relearn successful, but I'm ok with how it is now.
I have an extra Stickerfab topograph hood decal in matte black. I was able to install mine without having to resort to the backup one. Free for pickup in pilot point.
The motor to swap in is the 7.3 godzilla HD truck motor. It is not very heavy, simple pushrodand tuned an easy 475 ft/lbs on regular. $6400. Now spend some more for electronics and a trans, but its a pretty cheap starting point.

This is great advice from someone who has done it. Have seen others as well, with just a front level. Unless you are extreme flexing all the time, you can get rolling right away like this. Then add more later as you get used to the ride and how it works in your area/trails.
Grey would be good. Black gets lost unless you are parked and staring at it. On my other truck, that was dark blue, with black trim, I tried something different and went with a smoked+black finish like this. Grid offroad wheels.
I have always liked bead lock rings to accent the wheel/tire...
You won't have a clearance issue. The SAS wheel on the spare mount sticks out about 1" more than the other wheels. That gap is usually taken up by the fat 315 tire on the lower rubber bumpers. If you are using a 285, it will probably not touch the rubber bumpers at all.
Badlands suspension is way too soft and wheelbase too short to handle the tongue weight, trailer sway etc. I have a gt350 and it’s a heavy sled, you need a 1/2 ton or more. Time to get an f150 raptor or tremor.
The 7spd with 4.7 gears has a lot of engine braking in 4L - 1st gear. if you need even more you can use 4L - crawl gear. Have not tried the hill descent yet, I think it may be more useful in the auto's where you may not actively control the gear you are in, and dont have the torque convertor...
I have these as bumper lights, but they would work fine for ditch lights. $99 for Solid construction, very nice harness, and cool amber backlight. Beam pattern and throw is short for a driving light, but would be good for ditches.
Rough Country 2" pods
I did the same thing, used the aux switches. But with the fogs, driving, and backlight circuits, I'd like to move the fogs and backlight off and trigger them with the factory switch.
I did buy a factory fog switch unit, but that was before I found out the front harness was not installed...
They are my local dealer and are decent, good service there on my trucks and cars. Also look at Glen Polk Ford in Gainesville, that's where I got mine. Small dealer, but probably has a good balance of orders vs allocation. On by bronco reservation with them we got scheduled in the 2nd week of...
