I purchased a few different ones online that didn’t fit (even though they said they would work).
I ended up getting one on eBay. Search for:
Ford Motorcraft WW-801-A
Dealer replaced both covers under warranty. I will check in a few weeks to see if it is holding up.
Here was my service request if you need the details:

I was browsing the Ford Accessories and came across this:

I tried to find this direct from the manufacturer and found this:

It is held on by 7 tabs.
I was able to disengage the ones near the bottom of the window and shimmy/push the cover slightly away from me to release the other tabs.
But as I said in the...
Took it to the dealer today. They are ordering both replacement parts. The Tech removed the cover and there are simply 7 locking tabs. It seems as though the tabs are not engaging properly and locking in place. Note that 1 of my locking tabs is broken/missing.
Just wondering if anyone with builds around my build time have had this issue?

I noticed this issue recently when taking some items out of the back with the window open/up. I don't open the rear glass that often and has probably been an issue since February 2022. No major offroad "trauma", never removed the top, but could have come loose when driving with the rear window...
Thanks for the details. I may give the EXO system a try this weekend. I have a few different size hitch extensions on the way.
Off topic...LOL GGS license plate...Golden Guardians?
@Quick @Hazard
I have a Sasquatch with factory hitch.
If I get the EXO System, what do I need to do to be able to open the tailgate fully?
Do I need an extension with a drop so the spare tire clears the rack?
Does anyone have any pictures of this (Sasquatch with factory hitch, EXO System...
I appreciate the feedback. I am trying to find 1 system that works on all 3 of my vehicles (I have 2 different bike racks purchased before the Bronco existed that don't work on the Bronco).
I have a local PDF copy of Revision 20 (Feb 2, 2022). I'm hoping there are others who downloaded/saved a local copy of a more recent version.
If not, I can post Revision 20 tonight.
OK thanks for the details. Sorry to hear you are having issues. My only issue has been the "bucking" in first gear, but it hasn't happened in months (knock on wood). The shifting can be clunky at times, but I chalk that up to temperature and user error.
I haven't had this issue, but I read the TSB and was wondering...How loud/noticeable is the rotational
scraping noise? Is it subtle or is it loud enough that you know something is wrong? Thanks!
Has anyone actually purchased the hitch mounted bike rack (that Ford sells) and installed it on a Bronco?
