  1. Does anyone know how to remove the carpet?

That’s exactly what I did - reached up behind the center control stack and made a 3-4” slit right in the middle of the narrowest part of the flooring so I could pull the entire floor out as one piece. it’s made zero difference after almost 3 years. Floor doesn’t move and you’d never know..
  2. I take apart a broken 2.0 steering rack and discover a broken Broncbuster bushing

That's what I did.. The dealership had zero issues with it.
  3. Anyone have a picture of default spare tire tool locations?

Thats a funnel.. The fuel filler is recessed and capless so using a traditional fuel can spout is tricky.
  4. Backway To Crown King AZ 01012024

Nice. I think I was the first Bronco on the trail back when 6G came out (or so I was told by the townsfolk). On my second or third go, snapped a tie rod.. Haven't been back in a couple years now though. This is my Bronco when it was stock. This photo is either summer 2021 or early 2022...
  5. What is this on screen Notice?

Other options could, yes. Not the implementation I have as FordPass does not operate in real time - it gets triggered by certain events such as engine on, engine off, doors opening etc. I use an automation to trigger fresh statistics once a day since I drive it so rarely and it'll go into deep...
  6. Archaic Raptor Headlights installed

I have the Form Lighting Bronco lights that retail for about ~$1500 on my Bronco.. They (like all projector style LED lamps) have the blue band across the top and the headlights dip on the driver side in order not to blind traffic. I think it's pretty universal for these "high performance"...
  7. What is this on screen Notice?

I track all vehicle stats provided by FordPass via third party software for my smart home and its common to see the Bronco drop down to about ~12v when sitting for a while, but the truck will start disabling "always on" sensors and systems to drop battery usage drastically once you get to the...
  8. Happy Fri-YAY!!! Let's see those Front End Selfies!!!

37” Geolandar MT G003. Amazing tire everywhere but this particular snow type - very wet and turned to ice as soon as you put weight on it. I’m at 9psi in the photo but still sliding all over the place.
  9. Happy Fri-YAY!!! Let's see those Front End Selfies!!!

Got stuck up a mountain last week in some snow. Absolutely NOT the best snow tires I’ve had.. took hours of sliding to get down. My new headlights held up well though.
  10. UPDATE PSA - If you have a Stabilizer Bar Disconnect and plan to run the RCI Transmission Skid BEWARE!!!

Yep. It’s touching. Easy fix seems to be adding about .25” to .5” washers per bolt (4 bolts for transmission skid and 2 on the back of the engine skid) to level it all out and add back the clearance. May need new bolts but they seem long enough first glance. I say that it may require about .5”...
  11. UPDATE PSA - If you have a Stabilizer Bar Disconnect and plan to run the RCI Transmission Skid BEWARE!!!

Without dropping it (too cold and wet tonight) and just looking with a flashlight and inspection camera, it’s close but I don’t see any evidence of rubbing. I’ll drop the skid in the next day or so and see what I see.
  12. UPDATE PSA - If you have a Stabilizer Bar Disconnect and plan to run the RCI Transmission Skid BEWARE!!!

I'm running the 3/16ths steel RCI skids front to back with the 2.7 in a Badlands on 37s w/Icon Stage 8. I've not seen this problem myself but I'll check the skid.. I do have the Icon drop installed for sway bar. I've not had any issues with the package.
  13. Subwoofer Rattle? I think I gotter licked.

Interesting! Perhaps you couldn't get enough tension on the fasteners... Thats really all the towel trick does - takes up the slack so they stop rattling. Years later and I'ts still working great.
  14. Solution for popping/rattling MIC top!

Mine sounded like the old TFL video floating around. Incredibly irritating creaks and pops coming from all over.. Distracting while driving. I found the gaskets and pins both make their own noises so both needed lubed pretty well. It's worked perfect for me.. Your results may vary...
  15. 37's without lift on 2023 Wildtrack Sasquatch?

Thanks! My Bronco is named 'The Intrepid' after an unfortunate quick sand incident, so I went with a pirate themed armor set. I absolutely LOVE the way it turned out. My passenger front quarter panel has a nice dent right above the wheel well arch for jumping it to test after the lift and...
  16. Solution for popping/rattling MIC top!

Oh yeah I solved this one back in 2021.. There is a thread somewhere. Convertible silicon lube. Buy a can, lubricate all of the gaskets and the pins, follow the directions on the can but basically let it sit a few and wipe it off extra with a dry cloth. I did it twice about 2 months apart...
  17. 37's without lift on 2023 Wildtrack Sasquatch?

Do you plan on ever taking it off the pavement? If so, you need ~ 3" of lift as a SAS to comfortably fit 37s without rubbing. You also need to trim rock sliders, proper offset wheels or spacers, I recommend the JKS max clearance kit. I still rub here and there if I hit a sharp break over...
  18. Clunk sound from front suspension.

I have the same issue and I have replaced everything related to suspension and the geometry of the vehicle. No change. Mine is a thump from front driver side. 21 Badlands with 3” Icon Stage 6, 37” tires and HOSS 3.0 steering rack. Only my lower control arms are stock at this point.. all...
