  1. Cracks in OEM spare carrier

Does anyone offer something like this that allows for adjustment *horizontally*? Turn version looks vertical only, although maybe enough metal there to drill new holes. Want to push spare ~ 1-1/2" to the left. Looks like enough room to still clear bumper and 3rd brake light would get moved...
  2. Cracks in OEM spare carrier

I've had the spare off for some time. Other posts have me thinking either someone ran into it or someone very inebriated (Vegas) decided to have some fun... @flip should I fear the worst- looks like this is north of $800-900/can't be ordered without at least some of the camera guts and 3rd...
  3. Cracks in OEM spare carrier

Finally getting around to installing braptor hinges and hammer built reinforcement and i find this. I've mounted nothing but the (heaviest) OEM sasquatch wheel and tire, to-date. Searching "crack spare" ( or "spare crack" 🤷‍♂️) yields zero results on this. No one else has seen fatigue here yet?
  4. Bargain Air Plug Fittings

Not affiliated whatsoever Planning trunk line and whips for onboard air-up and found these for less than $15 - going to convert most of my tools too: COLORFIT® HIGHFLOWPRO® Plugs (V-Style, Purple) - 1/4" NPT Male (Box of 20) https://miltonindustries.com/collections/sale Females are also on...
  5. Dune bashing with the Bronco. Color me impressed!

I tossed it in the bin and went with @MWILD 's train of thought and installed the mishi high mount upgrade
  6. 0-60 in 4 Seconds - My 2.7 Bronco Performance Modification Thread

"It's fun" to be able to overtake idiot drivers where I live with more room for safety and helpful to get back out of the passing lane faster for courtesy This is on pavement of course, where OP is gathering data, and where 95% or more of my driving occurs. I don't have the garage or budget for...
  7. Anyone running ARB skids do oil change yet?

Shouldn't have been, but it is I was trying to forget about this until my next oil change but I'm now re-inspired The plates do overlap in a way that allows skidding with minimal edges to hang up, but not in straightforward "ship lap" manner See markups. The "Front Diff UVP" (positioned below...
  8. Anyone running ARB skids do oil change yet?

That's aluminum tho(?) Can such rivets be done in steel? I'd be wary of simple pop rivets for such a use (ie shearing off and access plate getting wadded up into plastic oil pan) but those look stout...just don't recognize process/tooling
  9. Anyone running ARB skids do oil change yet?

No idea. If they did update and added an insert please take a pic and share! That's what I'm going to have to retro I think with cutoff wheel, some flat bar, flat head screws and a little welding 🙄
  10. Anyone running ARB skids do oil change yet?

That does seem handy. Curious how much you get out with that tool. 2.7l? ~7qts? The ronin plug ends up leaving a tiny bit- I jack mine up to minimize.
  11. Ford Performance Tune for WT or should I pass?

Call ford performance, tell them where you are and ask them for a dealer that has a clue as far as installing their stuff. I had to go to 3 in Vegas- Gaudin flat out admitted they didn't know how to do it. I think it was Ford Country or Team that told me it would void my warranty (with a big...
  12. Ford Performance Tune for WT or should I pass?

Harder to gauge/wasn't looking for that before I modified. Lag surely seems minimal, but there's always going to be some spooling/never going to be eliminated. Drive your truck to Vegas and we can take it to the drag strip to compare?
  13. Ford Performance Tune for WT or should I pass?

Auto 2.7 here. Noticeable power gain. If there is better $/hp out there idk what it is. I also later did larger intercooler and the seat of my pants swear that also gave noticeable gain combined with tune. I will probably keep throwing dumb money at the more is more concept. Having a vehicle...
  14. 35s or 37s…?

Just finished 2in spring lift and 37s on my SAS 2dr. To me, it now looks as it should have from the factory New wheels -10lbs and tires still load C, so weight is the ~same. On road manners not far from OEM 35. Rebound stiffer but not by much and I think that will improve with time. 6112 will...
  15. Jacking under hitch?

    That can't be real 😂
  16. Jacking under hitch?

Ought to, but that's 500lbs 'bouncing' up and down on it, with 3,500lbs being pulled thru it, at whatever speed they rate vehicles at, with some factor of safety against permanent deformation. I just want to try to lift from there, with a very gradual application of force...still not saying...
  17. Jacking under hitch?

Anyone try jacking up entire rear end (2 or 4dr) under/from the hitch receiver yet? The tinfoil crossmember and 3,500lb pull/500lb tongue make me think no way but those are of course dynamic ratings and it would be real handy for me if it didn't tweak anything...
  18. Eibach Pro Lift Kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco (Sasquatch Package)

This is incorrect. I called Eibach today to get clarity since the terms 'modification' and 'reuse' on the same page seemed ambiguous along with other generic info (ex. the profile drawn doesn't look like the SAS bumps at all) Not to mention adding more layers of steel and air to my coilover...
  19. Lowest Profile 2.7L Winch Bumper/Mount?

Evo 10s (standard drum) fits with room to spare if you take the decorative motor casing off and trim the shutter tabs. (Mine still in development)
