Also, removing the top imperfectly has been known to crack the seal around the windows and allow water to leak in (at least in early roof units; maybe/hopefully they figured it out)

Certainly - I don’t know all Bronco owners, of course. Only a handful in New England and the Midwest. Enough of a sample size that I suspect that outdoor storage during winters (a few thermal cycles) or removal of the top is likely all it takes to make a crack around those windows.

Yeah I’ve had this same problem. Seems like a common issue for the roofs (so common that I don’t know of a Bronco hard top owner who doesn’t have the issue after a year of ownership)

There are several threads on this from the early 6G days. I think it’s an ADV Fiberglass top, if memory serves (and it often doesn’t anymore lol)

I put my Bronco away for the winter and use this battery maintainer all winter. There’s a battery measurement sensor doohicky on one of the terminals. Just have to make sure that you connect outside that sensor so it gives you an accurate power charge level. Otherwise, 10/10

Do you have more info? Ford didn’t offer an OEM or dual tops on the 2 door - is this for a 4 door? Or is this a Bestop aftermarket soft top that your dealer sold you?
