Date changes are pretty common. Many have had several date changes. Mine just got updated from 10/29 to 1/26

The only 2D I've seen was a FE on the dealer lot waiting to get picked up by some lucky bastard. The odds are definitely not in our favor for us 2 door order holders. Tack on the other constraints that hold up delivery too.
