I was wondering if it would work with my sunshade from @JTopsUSA, but based on their answer about other bimini tops, it looks like the answer is no.
@USAGUY One place you'll want to go while you're in the Traverse City area is Boone's Long Lake Inn, which is just to the south of TC proper. They've got some of the best steaks I've ever had and their perch dinner is a local favorite. Like @Mattwings said, the Cherry Festival runs July 1st...
My 2.0 is doing well. It was installed back in April. Didn't have any real issues with the top that came with it other than some of the rear defogger lines being damaged from the factory (replaced under warranty), and a slight slight squeak/rattle from the driver's side panel that developed...
For the flags AND permits in one stop, I would recommend Babbitt's Powersports in Muskegon. It's right near where I-96 starts (EB)/ends (WB), about a mile or so from the US-31/I-96 interchange so it's easy to get on US-31 and finish the ride up to SLSD. Remember you need BOTH the ORV and ORV...

I think they could have been a little longer, but so far they seem to deflect most of the rocks my sasquatch tires throw and keep them from hitting my doors, which is why I got them.
Are the handheld GMRS/FRS radios good enough for this or would you recommend the base unit ones? Not sure if I'm going to be too into off-roading so I'm not sure if I want to permanently mount something yet.
Aaaaannnddd we're back to s#!tty weather.
Next weekend at Silver isn't looking promising for topless/doorless warmth either (55° w/24% chance of rain currently).
I often use the rear tailgate lock button for this reason, especially when it's really windy/hard to hear the locks, as you can see the flash of the rear lights as the locks are actuated.
As far as unlocking, I occasionally pull on the handle before the locks unlock which can cause it to get...
@Mattwings GLG = Great Lakes Garrison of the 501st Legion (the Star Wars Costuming group).
I saw the GLG items on the Gwiz Graphix menu and figured they might be on here.
