Ford dealer says that it’s normal for these shocks to leak and that ford has put out a service advisory for it. Does this look normal to you?? This Bronco Badlands SAS has 4700 miles on it? Dealer will not swap out the shocks..

I’m being told this is normal leaking by Ford Dealer. 23 Bronco Badlands SAS with 4800 miles. They say per the Ford Service bulletin it is normal for the shocks to leak like this. Rt now it’s only one front rt shock… I haven’t found that service bulletin.

Sent my 23 Bronco with 5000k miles in to the dealer today to check a front coil shock leak. The dealer service center said it was normal leakage. It’s leaking enough to get oil on the frame rail.. Not sure I agree.

23 Badlands SAS. Front passenger side coil over shock leaking. Looks like it’s been leaking for a bit due to the amount of oil on the frame members. IT HAS 4400 miles on it and no off road use yet.. I’m assuming it’s covered under warranty?

If you have used this oil with the Bronco 2.3, what’s your opinion of it?

Received this email today. Never received a build date ect. But will take delivery of the Bronco sometime in late April. Btw I never changed the order “SSP, Lux, hardtop are on the vehicle” I reserved the Bronco on Jan 7th 2021.
