Nope...I know what that sounds like. Loud double honk and uses the actual horn. the sound i am hearing is like a cartoon toot toot coming thru the audio system. If it wasn't so peculiar I would never have mentioned it.
I have been reading the owners manual..there are a couple of different...
This has happened twice . It happens when I shut the vehicle off and go to get out.
It's not the loud double honk when you leave the vehicle running and get out. Not even close.
IT'S like a little friendly toot toot see ya latter LOL
Most likely coming from the speakers. I can't imagine...
Leave it be... it's very capable as is.. The mud flaps was a good suggestion tho., or you could add a CAI ,louder exhaust, lift kit, different shocks ...and wonder why it wont pass inspection, wanders all over the road, and eats CV joints.
My 2 door rear seat belts were t-45 not 40. They were rusted in place. I needed a breaker bar with a cheater to get em to break loose, My china made battery impact was no help. Though it was nice for removing the long fine thread seat bolts. Much to tedious with just a ratchet.
2 hours...
I added the S&B filter . Went for a ride on a familiar route. The 100 mile route has about equal highway (70 mph) and country 2 lane roads (45-50 mph.) In the past I have gotten 18.4 mpg at best. The trip with the S&B I got 20.4 mpg. shrug... Can't imagine why a filter would make that much...
added both of these as well as the factory metal belly pan ,with some metal cutting to make room for the rough country shackle conversion....if you dont have fog lights already a 3 inch hole saw will do the trick...
