Another great place is the Kenai Wilderness Preserve. Did a couple of great day hikes through there.

Great pictures. Did all of this (except for the pizza) in 2018. Whittier was a ghost town since it was September. Hiked to Portage. Rode Alaska RR to Talkeetna along with many other adventures. Alaska is an awesome place and I hope to return soon.

May 2022 build Only problem so far was a trim piece that covers side air bag on pillar between windshield and door on passenger side wouldn't stay in. Dealer ordered a replacement, took about 30 days to arrive. All good now.
