Holy crap. Mine got built on 11/20, and then stayed as "In Production" until today, with no shipped email, no change on the tracker, and no updates on the Palsapp. Earlier today, the tracker changed to "Shipped", but I still never received an email. So I just looked now, only a few hours...

Interesting. It's been less than 9 days since it was built, but I wouldn't doubt that you're on the right track. I'm definitely going to keep my eye on it and see if it changes. I'm refreshing the tracker every 18 seconds anyway, so it won't be hard to keep track of.
