Hey Blue Waffle,
Great piece and good on you for calling it as you see it. The joy you get from your Bronco is just the same as the person that spent 10's of thousands on theirs. Get out there and continue to enjoy your Bronco, after all, that is why most of us bought them.
As an aside, your...
In BC, we are lucky enough to have 94 octane readily available across the Province. As I normally do only highway driving, I have run this octane since getting my Bronco, and I do so as I really enjoy the added hp that this provides. From my perspective, why would I run regular, when premium...
Wow, that is not an interesting take on Rhino products, it is a slap down on their knowledge of vehicle recovery. After watching this video, I will definitely not be buying any Rhino products.
Wow, I have not seen this Pop Up once on my screen once in the 1.5 years I have owned my Bronco. If they in fact are doing this as you have seen, that is an encouraging sign.
There is no where in Ford's privacy policy that states they share their data. That is the scary part, they do not admit to doing this. The fact that Ford has recently inked deals with data and collection companies NexisLexis and Verrisk speaks volumes about what they are doing with your data...
I would like to believe that the data is being broken down enough to show that your location is impacting your driving habits. But, as the majority of us have no idea as to how much of our data is being resold/used as this process is so shrouded in secrecy, we have no way of knowing whether this...
They do not know who is driving, so if someone borrows your Bronco, potentially your insurance rates will increase due to someone else's driving habits. Do you still care less?
Unless you live in the mountains. Mountain driving involves accelerating up steep roads and braking heavily going down the same roads, also hard, sharp turns are also frequent as mountain roads are tight and twisty in places. If you live in the plains, it is easy to drive discount worthy, but...
Hey KC,
I drove highway 287 during wind gusts of over 65mph and the 2dr did just fine. Semi's all around me were getting pushed all over the highway, but the Bronco took it all in stride, and that was at driving steady at 65 mph. You will not have any worries...
On behalf of everyone on this forum that does their own wrenching, thank you so much for doing this. A tremendous help, and we all owe you a beer for your time!
Thank you for your write up. I too have driven Broken Arrow, and it is definitely the most technical trail in the immediate area within Sedona. You are correct in that any Bronco will be able to do this trail, SAS is not a requirement. If possible, I would drive it mid-week, as it can get a bit...
