Happy to help... Interesting about the deflector. I also have deflector. My wife has a 2-door with no deflector and no rattle. I didn't occur to me that the deflector may be the cause. Now it all makes sense. Thanks for enlightening me.
I had a similar issue at highway speeds. I discovered it was the plastic covers on the windshield frame.

The Bronco is such a versatile vehicle - can suit many lifestyle needs. I've had my Windtrak for about a year and it is my most favorite vehicle I have ever owned. I use mine for daily driving, road trips with top off, fishing trips, camping trips, etc. With that in mind my list would be:

I removed the driver side a few days ago and still heard it but it was much lower and could tell sound was now coming from passenger side. I removed the passenger side the next day and noise was gone. I added the foam to both sides. I just put them back on with the foam this morning. I'll report...
I think I narrowed this down to the painted plastic covers used on the windshield frame mounts. I wasn't hearing the noise every day so I waited until it was pretty obvious to pay closer attention. I pulled them off a couple of days ago and the noise disappeared. Trying this solution out -...

I doubt the roll-down window will work with the MIC top.
I'm imagining a full power open air option. Top retracts similar to the Jeep skyone top; the side windows slide as OP mentioned (or manually removeable); and rear window rolls down into the tailgate... Yep, I'm lazy. I've had the top...
This is a factory color offered for MY21 only - Antimatter Blue. When we decided to do our own Heritage tribute, I was only looking at three colors - race red, rapid red or antimatter blue.
I've seen this one. Looks great in that color. We're considering the trail site caps as well. Are these the ones from Amazon? Also, love that you kept the OBX badges. I considered removing them or relocating them to the front of the fender. Wife wasn't having it. lol.
I've been back and forth on this one. I've seen a few tributes with the round flares painted white and I'm not feelin' it. Copperhorse73 mentioned the KBD flares. I'm thinking that may be the ticket - paint them with the autoflex gloss white paint. If it looks like too much we can be peel the...
