I wasn't able to make my reservation that night. I was stuck at work. The Ford website was blocked at the firewall, and I was just getting a blank screen on my phone. All night long. Finally made the reservation as soon as I got home the next morning.
Check that the cable is seated properly. It's under the dash on the passenger side.

Most of my driving is in the city on Eco mode. I average about 19 there. Once I get it stretched out on the highway I've had it as high as 23.

Dirt mountain is a nickname we've given to an overflow lot at Willow Run airport near the Wayne Assembly plant. It's a holding area for trucks that roll off the line, but still need additional attention. Mine was there for the MIC top 1.0 issue. Others have been because of microchips.

Not an acronym. It's the little black box they gave you instead of a key. It takes its name from the counterweight that used to be attached to a watch chain.
