I traded in a ā17 f150 2wd w 3.5 eco boost for a Badlands 2.3 soft top MT. There are pros and cons to the Bronco. It is a lot more nimble and shorter, so easier to park and maneuver. Smaller on the inside by a good amount. Also, Bronco doesnāt offer as much protection for your stuff inside...
Echo the others. Winter gas. Air pressure. But probably the biggest factor is wind when it comes to the tissue box we drive. Going into the wind kills MPG.
Hit Gulches off road park in SC last weekend with a buddy. Driving my stock non-sad badlands. Iāve had it off road at a friends place a couple times, but nothing like what we experienced at Gulches.
Pretty intimidating pulling up and seeing a high percentage of custom built jeeps that look...
Thanks for sharing!
I went with 1up USA for mine. I would recommend 1up USA. Itās a forever rack. All aluminum construction, and I something happens to break, that part is available and can be swapped out. Also folds down so the tailgate can swing all the way open. Needs the extender also.
Iāve had my 4 door badlands for about 3 months now. And Iād say with the exception of road noise on the highway, I love it. But when youāre driving next to big trucks on the highway, it seems like thereās no roof at all.
Wondering if anyone has driven both the new hard top and the soft top...
Iām a shareholder and have 2 Fords in the driveway. One is a Balands Bronco.
This activity by Ford sickens me, and maybe makes me wish those two trucks werenāt there. I didnāt buy the Bronco from Granger, but do still have an active reservation through them. Granger went all in on this...
Thatās identical to the Bronco out in my driveway. betting you couldnāt get parts to fix it, but doesnāt look too bad at all.
Dibs on the windshield! Been waiting on a windshield for mine for 2 months!
