  1. Any aftermarket Sway Bar Disconnects at SEMA?

Judging by the fact that the sway bar goes over top of the CV shaft and that Bronco's have a lot of wheel travel before hitting bump stop I think the CV shaft will contact the sway bar / link when installed like this.
  2. Perch collar level / lift for Sasquatch from RPG

With this reasoning they must not sell extended travel coilovers from like Fox or King then since all of these increase droop travel like a strut top spacer does…
  3. Update on Broken Bronco steering rack Failure

This tie rod position is going to drastically affect toe change through wheel travel. Basic suspension geometry is you want the UCA, LCA and tie rod all in “phase” being the same angle. With this being level and the UCA and LCA angled downwards from the lift it puts everything out of phase. This...
  4. Perch collar level / lift for Sasquatch from RPG

Problem with a spring perch collar like this is it just adds preload without accounting for spring coil bind. Most OE coil springs cannot have preload added like these without a bump extension like the Zone 3” & 4” kits have to properly limit the spring. With these RPG perch collar lifts they...
  5. Best leveling kit for Sasquatch?

Zone. Made in the USA. RPG will fatigue springs without adding bump stops since it just adds preload to the OE setup. Loose droop travel with that setup
  6. Any experience with RPG Spring Perch Collar?

I agree. Problem with a spring perch collar like this is it just adds preload without accounting for spring coil bind. Most OE coil springs cannot have preload added like these without a bump extension like the Zone 3” & 4” kits have to properly limit the spring. With these RPG perch collar...
  7. Zone Offroad 3" 3.5" and 4" Lift Kits for 2021 Bronco (Sasquatch and Non-Sasquatch)

You spent $750 for the UCAs, this is a whole kit in the $600-$670 price range which includes an UCA and all the spacers needed. I have ran the Delta Joints and IMO they are kind of gimmicky. There is no seal on the bottom and the grease groove in the ball joint just allows grease to pour out...
  8. Zone Offroad 3" 3.5" and 4" Lift Kits for 2021 Bronco (Sasquatch and Non-Sasquatch)

I ordered this kit and previously had the 2" kit from Zone. The top spacers are identical, so the amount of droop is the same as a 2" kit, the difference being they give a spring perch collar as well with an extended bump stop on the shaft of the strut to prevent the spring from going into coil...
  9. How often do you need an alignment?

Yes I have. They work great and easy to install. Definitely not gimmicky and gives you a secure feeling that the alignment won't slip and it hasn't yet for me. Locks the bolt between the two alignment pins on the frame so the bolt doesn't slide within the slot on the frame.

  12. BDS 3"-4.5" DSC Coilover Systems (Shipping Dec. 2021) for 2021+ Bronco

Bronco is 4 corner coilover Xterra is only front. Rear coilover cost > rear shock cost Also unless you live under a rock, recently products have been costing more lately.
  13. BDS 3"-4.5" DSC Coilover Systems (Shipping Dec. 2021) for 2021+ Bronco

The coilovers provide the same end ride height regardless of you model. Sasquatch, Badlands, base. But the total lift you achieve is different based around what model you have. The coilovers will net more lift on a base vs SAS, but the end ride height with the coilovers will be the same. Also...
  14. 4” MaxliderBros Stage-1 Lift Kit AVAILABLE!

At least there is bump stop spacers. On kits with preload like this and the RPG kit (spring perch collar lift is the same as a preload lift) the problem is a spring can be over compressed at full compression when using a preload. The Zone kit has the included bump stop to prevent this which RPG...
  15. 4WP Leveling Kit for 2021 Bronco is here!

Zone Offroad has a 1” leveling kit that will fit a Badlands, Sas, or Base
  16. Rough Country 2” lift on 4 door Base Bronco, with 35s on 18” Fuel wheels

Probably because it includes the crash bars as well which are removed on a Sasquatch so why buy them here? There fitment table also says it fits Badlands, Wildtrak and First Edition which all have Bilsteins but then someone asked a question in that listing if it fits Bilsteins and they say it...
  17. Rough Country 2” lift on 4 door Base Bronco, with 35s on 18” Fuel wheels

There still has to be some engineering mindset behind the spacers and hardware. I’m liking the Zone 1” leveling kit more. I’m all about the little details. Zone uses 14mm bolts versus RC uses 12mm. Zone also has a single upper plate versus the 2 stacked plates in RC which I think is weird. Zone...
