are the wheel well contours for front and rear a little different, or just an optical illusion? it looks like the front is more square of an opening, while the rears are more rounded.

Those are 17" KMC Roswell wheels. The are similar to the Fifteen52 Alpha HDs. they are really nice.

The rear shock mount location are way lower than I would like to see. people have to relocate Wrangler rear shock mounts and they are much higher. that is almost shocking to see here where you can really see how far they are down.
