Took it home today! Placed my reservation in August 2020 and it's been the LONGEST 2 years ever. It somehow threaded the needle and avoided a worldwide chip hold and a delivery delay. Came out to way more money than i anticipated but i can handle it. Drives like a dream. 😁

Bronco has reached its destination in Mira Loma, CA! Very weird to me that it didn't stop in Mojave or Barstow as Mira Loma is so much further. But just happy to know it's off the train and ready for pickup. Whenever that is.... 🙃 Although Ford chat estimated delivery for 6/6 so I guess we'll see

Bronco is currently on the border of Wisconsin and Utah. If it keeps up the same pace it's had for these last few days, it should travel all the way through Utah by tomorrow morning, Nevada by Friday morning, and into California by Friday evening. 🥳

Bronco is going through nebraska today. After getting to kansas i thought it would go south from there to go through texas, new mexico, and arizona to get to So Cal, but it went north to nebraska instead. Not sure why, but it's still on the move at least. 🤔

Finally arrived in Rose Lake, Illinois via rail today. CSX doesn't give an ETA yet or mention where it's headed next. Still a long ways to go for southern California but I'm just glad it's still technically on time with the ETA in my ford email. 😁

Slight delay with my ETA. Was supposed to depart Ohio 5/11 and arrive in Illinois to transfer to a different rail on 5/16. But seems it finally departed yesterday and won't arrive until 5/19 to Illinois. 😭 i've waited 2 years almost now and i think this is the worst part of the whole waiting...

It's shipped! Backdoor link showed "shipped" even though i hadn't received any email yet and the b6g tracker still says "awaiting shipment." Contacted Ford chat and they confirmed it shipped today and gave me the rail car # 😎
