Mine is like this but only on one side. I took it to my dealership and the sales manager and the other service advisors couldn't believe it. I take it back on December 28th when the Ford rep is there. They said that Ford will warranty it for me.

This is happening for me but on the drivers door. I need to take mine in for the window TSB anyway, I'll get them if it is a related issue. My passenger side is ok so far, also no window rattle on that side.

I sprayed the inside of mine twice and after a 48 hour period allowing it to get in to all the nooks and crannies the rattle is 100 percent gone...

I did the same exact thing, twice in fact. It took several days for it to work. Finally, absolutely no rattles.

Really sad that we need to do these fixes. I have a 2 door and the wind noise over 35 is really unacceptable.

I've done the WD 40 hack as well, lubed everything up, let it sit and still rattling. GRrrrrr

I am able to confirm that these darts were in fact added for mirror whistle.

Nope, not OK. Take it to service and have them add to the list of concerns.

Thank you very much for all the detail in your findings. I just followed your instruction and the TSB. I took it for a ride down the same bumpy streets and it's like a Holiday miracle! pain in the rear end squeak....pun intended...is gone..

Ford corrected the mirrors by adding darts on the side of both mirrors. The TSB should be to replace those mirrors with the '22 mirrors

I too have a MIC 2.0 top, built in July, sat at DM until November 19th delivery. I've been to the dealership service dept. twice now for MIC roof issues, honeycombing, leaking at the front , and unsealed edges. At least its a warranty issue.

the driver window on my two door does it as well. It's a giant piece of unsupported glass. It's irritating as heck but nothing can be done about it.

ah yes, the rear seat removal, plywood platform trick would get er done!

I've got a 2 door and there is absolutely no way anybody can sleep back there. Considering the rear seats do not fold " flat" there is simply no way.
