just a thought. My build was sitting at the ford plant for parts during build. What if thats whats causing all these batteries to drain so easily...

Damn I just took my bronco in to fix a crankshaft leak... took a damn week and a half and they wouldnt cover the rental car without a extra coverage I need to purchase. Not again...

I have the same issue. Its always going into battery saving mode.

Its the corsa pro series resonator 2.5" (stock piping). One thing to note is its not bolt on ready if youre thinking of doing it yourself. The resonator needs to be expanded on both ends for the "slip fits" so the stock midpipe can slide in.

This is the rattle I was talking about. the exhaust area is the same.

that would be the best option. I had some foam laying around so used that cause it didnt seem to hot in that area.

i did for a leak on my transfer case but they didnt mention anything

check that heat shield right on top of that magna flow. It rattles and could be a potential rattle from the vibrations. I shoved insulation there to keep it from rattling at high rpms. (slight rattle was there before downpipe install.

Great news. Just installed the corsa resonator 2.5” on my stock piping with stock exhaust and the rasp is gone! Tamed the throatiness from the down pipes too. If you’re getting rattle noises like I did, check the heat shields on the body and shove appropriate insulation material to prevent any...

also make sure you didnt touch the oxygen sensor if you did try to clean it out with a carb cleaner.

i remember someone on here had the same issue with the k&n. check and tighten down all the clamps. that fixed it for him.

damn i have the corsa resonator on the way to slap on my stock exhaust and this post killed me a little. Was hoping for that rasp to go away. Sounds like a civic fart can.

wouldnt the insert restrict airflow? defeating the purpose of the better flowing cats? im still on the stock exhaust so theres room in the mid pipe section to install a resonator.

So, I had the downpipes installed and felt the power difference in low end. The only issue is the rattle/ raspy exhaust note. Searched everywhere on the web to get this resolved. Couldn’t find anything so took the matter into my own hands. Put rubber washers on the backside of the exhaust heat...

I replace my windshield 2 times in past vehicles 😩. No cracks on my bronco so far 🙏 and hope to keep it that way! 🤞🤞🤞

i think there is a software glitch. My carplay seems to disconnect mid drive. This started happening after the auto software update on the car.
