I have a 2021 4dr outer banks with very little issues up till now. Suddenly today I can’t open the rear hatch. I unlock and hear it click and pull on the handle but no luck. Doesn’t budge. is there a manual unlock or some SW setting that denies opening? Thanks I’m advance

Took the new OBX out to the beach for the first time today. Had the beach to ourselves from MD to Va. man what a difference. I’ve been out here with my old Jeep Patriot as well as my Pathfinder that I just traded in for the Bronco. No comparison. So easy to drive the length of the beach...
