Good idea, in theory it should work, the BD has 32” stock tires so the 37” may be too much of a jump. Thx

I tested in 2wd 4A 4H and 4L. Same issue.

If you upgrade to 37” tires you may need to turn off the AdvanceTrac. i installed a 3” lift and 37” tires on a non-SAS BD and starting hearing a clicking noise on driver side while turning. Ford dealer indicated that the 37” tires “confuse” the AdvanceTrac and recommended turning it off...

WOW! That worked! My dealer told me to turn off traction control, but left out the 5 seconds. So now i need to turn off intellitrack AND auto stop eveytime i start up. Not ideal but it runs better.

Good questions, I tested again just to make sure. It is a high pitch clicking (think thin metal) that occurs in both 2wd and 4wd. it is random not rhythmic. Meaning is does not correspond with speed. It occurs on driver's side only when turning in both directions. One more...

Coilovers - i did not take out the half shafts. Clicking is in 2WD not in 4WD The CW is a concern if mine.
