  1. What's an EASY hack/fix that REALLY improved your relationship with your Bronco?

Added factory side steps to our Badlands, and paracord grab handles. Both make getting in much easier. I am only 5'5", and only have one leg, so they really help.
  2. Got rear-ended

That's not true, at least not in Washington. Mine was damaged by someone else, and their insurance offered to write me a check based on the estimate, or have the body shop take care of it.
  3. Capable bumper fog lights vs Ranger fog lights

Following this. The stock fogs in the capable bumper don't seem to put out too much light. Although since I got mine the end of November, haven't had any fog, or bad enough weather, to see if they help much. Definitely less output than my 2004 Expedition had.
  4. How long does the leather smell last? (new car scent)

Picked mine up Thanksgiving weekend, and still get a whiff every now and then. Top has not been off much.
  5. Anyone keeping their Bronco completely stock? No mods at all?

Does swapping the side rails for factory steps before I picked it up count? Haven't done anything else, but think about adding Sport mode with forscan, and maybe a couple of lights on the bumper, but neither is a priority. Have a 4 door Badlands.
  6. Capable bumper multi light mount!

I left the front plate in the factory location. Do you know if this will fit around (looks like it would) and leave enough room for one light on each side?
  7. SAE J-2807 Tow Standards

Just based on the 5 things you listed, the Bronco Raptor has more power, so I assume more cooling capacity? It also has not only the brace across the middle of the cab and the two in the back, but another one underneath which required a different exhaust. These all probably allow it to have the...
  8. Dealer Test Mode / Engineering Test Mode -- how to enter in the Bronco

Has anyone tried this in the Bronco? https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/ford-maverick-engineering-test-mode-how-to-enter.5672/ Updated with info posted by @Ducati1098 on how to enter into Test Mode in the Bronco:
  9. What made you pick your trim of Bronco?

Originally ordered an Outerbanks in Antimatter Blue, with the Silver/Blue leather. Leather seats and the 4A transmission were biggest drivers for trim level. When AMB was dropped as we got bumped to 2022, we went with Black on the outside, and my wife didn't care for either of the two tone...
  10. Win an ARB Portable Compressor this Holiday Season

    Would love to win this!
  11. Arrmjr

    The PNW Bronco Group

I live in Longview, and have a set of take off rock sliders from a 4 door. Willing to travel a reasonable distance to sell for a reasonable price. Make an offer. Had steps put on at the dealer before pickup, and only 22 testing/transportation miles before the sliders were removed. Comes with...
  12. Winter tire size for non-Sas Badlands

The tire shop will source them for me.
  13. Winter tire size for non-Sas Badlands

Thanks. I assumed so, but you know...
  14. Winter tire size for non-Sas Badlands

Plan on buying black steelies to fit winter tires. Should have posted that in original question. Thanks.
  15. Winter tire size for non-Sas Badlands

We are getting a non-Sas Badlands, and when it arrives, are looking to get a set of stud-less winter tires for the little bit of bad weather we get here in the PNW. We live on a pretty steep hill that stays icy when it gets icy, and also plan on traveling to Montana at Christmas. My preferred...
  16. When are enough mods enough? A new truck owner discovers the 4x4 aftermarket 😵‍💫

You need to get the ice cream home before it melts!
  17. Maintenance Minder

I have looked, and not found the answer, but it is possible I just didn't look far enough: does the maintenance minder only remind for the oil changes? The Honda Accord I am trading in real soon, also points out when it is time to have the transmission serviced, as well as change the spark plugs...

  19. I would buy this over a Bronco any day!

    What the Explorer should be.
