No email. Communication has generally been one way. I send them a chat online and then they respond with a delay notification. Welcome to mid January and another deadline past.
I ordered 2/28/22 @ 3:08pm PST! I had to email because I have moved houses and want to make sure the top gets delivered correctly. We will see if they can make a 2 year turn around! Unreal. I'm sticking it out....for now.
I called today and spoke with a customer service rep. Confirmed delivery late December....maybe January. She stated that they are now dealing with labor shortages as well as supply issues. I'm not sure what to believe as even one employee putting these together should have a few out by now, not...
FYI - Just got a nail in my tire with these wheels. I've been to two tire shops that will not repair because it is a bead-lock and they do not have the tools. What a pain :( the search continues.

My buddy just had the same issue and was told the transmissions are on backorder, big surprise. My replacement is no good that I got way back when and I'm waiting to hear back from my dealer on a solution. No surprise they are not in a big hurry to respond.....hopefully @Ford Motor Company will...
How did you replace them? I've got the same thing going on with mine. I ordered from CustomOffset.com. Not sure if this is something that is easy to do.
