  1. HELP! What to do: Damaged Windshield when Delivered to Dealer?

I would disagree again. I think one could aruge a valid contract existed under offer and acceptance of the deposit on the vehicle (at least enough that a judge would not immediately dismiss it). I think at minimum, a judge would allow a jury to determine whether a valid contract was created...
  2. Lots of Broncos for sale

Can't we just merge all these threads into one mega thread titled 'Dealer's advertising Broncos to drive traffic to their lot, good luck on finding one that is actually for sale"
  3. First Body Color Painted Grill I've Seen (Rapid Red Bronco)

Thank you for posting this OP. I had thought about color matching the grill, but after seeing this, I am definitely deciding against. Don't like the way it looks at all. I agree with most of the other posts, the a white or silver grill would look much better.
  4. HELP! What to do: Damaged Windshield when Delivered to Dealer?

No offense, but everyone is an attorney on the internet. As for your opinion, I disagree. And if you think with '100% certainty', that a jury would find for a dealership over a guy who received a smashed up Bronco, then you must not have litigated in front of very many juries. Juries decide...
  5. HELP! What to do: Damaged Windshield when Delivered to Dealer?

C'mon man. Are you really arguing that the Bronco is NOT body on frame and the Bronco Sport is NOT unibody? I think you need to recheck your information.
  6. HELP! What to do: Damaged Windshield when Delivered to Dealer?

I agree, but if an attorney got a hold of this case, the OP would probably win on those grounds. But the crappy part is that it would likely be needed to be taken to court to get a just resolution, unless the dealer steps up to the plate.
  7. HELP! What to do: Damaged Windshield when Delivered to Dealer?

It's the "hey, there are dents in the windshield frame" that I would be concerned about. Or did you miss that part?
  8. HELP! What to do: Damaged Windshield when Delivered to Dealer?

So wait, do you really not know the difference between a body on frame vehicle vs a unibody vehicle? You should go get a Bronco Sport then if that's the case. Sounds like you will never know the difference 😀
  9. HELP! What to do: Damaged Windshield when Delivered to Dealer?

Exactly! Amazing how people like @Rollerstud98 can't seem to get this concept.
  10. HELP! What to do: Damaged Windshield when Delivered to Dealer?

Amazing how many people are saying....just fix the windshield, as if they blatantly refuse to read about the actual damage to the frame as if that were nothing. Here's the deal. The windshield is a non issue and the replacement of it is no big deal. However, if this were a unibody framed...

I have 3 of these things if anybody wants one
  12. Is the 2.3 going to be the reliable offroad engine vs the 2.7?

Catch can will solve that problem. And even with that being the case, some engines still last a long time. The 4.2L Ford engine that was used in the 2000's, would get filthy, yet still would go 250k miles easily. I've opened one up at 268k miles that was still running (to clean it out). It...
  13. Is the 2.3 going to be the reliable offroad engine vs the 2.7?

Gearing is more important offroad than horsepower. That's why AMG put a 6.2L engine in the military Humvee that had 150hp and it still is the king of the mountain offroad. Horsepower is needed for quick acceleration and better performance at higher speeds, which really aren't variables that the...
  14. Is the 2.3 going to be the reliable offroad engine vs the 2.7?

Bigger engine doesn't always have higher resale value. The F01 BMW 740i sells for more and is more desirable than the 750i despite having a smaller engine F01 740i - 3.0L inline 6 with 300hp F01750i - 4.4L V8 with 380hp The i6 is a bulletproof motor design is reliable The 4.4L V8 in this model...
