  1. Regrets

I love the truck, but there are too many electrical gremlins, the result of being rushed into production. Sometimes it won't start, sometimes it won't release the gawdawful ebrake that I didn't set, the infotainment screen locks up, and there are always new codes popping up in Forscan that...
  2. Aftermarket tow hitch receivers from amazon

I think you are answering your own question. Buy a brand name part.
  3. PSA: Beauty Ring Bolts -- Removal Issues & Replacement Cost - BE AWARE!

I removed mine a few months after I got my Bronco, hearing the horror stories, so I could give them a coat of never seize. A few were tight, just be gentle, using an impact or anything but a ratchet and patience will break anything.
  4. Seat Belt Warning

Mine does the same thing. Someone that was wearing a seat belt exits the vehicle, shuts the door, and the warning light comes on. Stupid system.
  5. 7th Gen 2030 Bronco Coming End of 2029, Together With Electric Bronco EV (TE1 Platform)

Most of the problems I've had with my 2022 are electrical, no way do I want to buy a Ford with more electronics.
  6. Easy CD player solution

Person asks an honest question and it snows @$$%&*&s!
  7. Forscan unlocks all GOAT modes with any Bronco model trim! How-to DIY instructions

Most of us use Forscan because it's affordable, my pockets aren't deep enough for a professional level scan tool.
  8. Brake warning light

It's a common feature on Broncos. Get Forscan and you'll find more codes that don't set a light.
  9. Ford Friggin' Quality

My expectations aren't unreasonable, but when it won't start it hits rock bottom. Looking at about a $10k loss to trade it for something else after 7,000 miles.
  10. Rust proofing using NEW PB Blaster Surface Shield & T9 -- DIY & Result Photos

I just park mine once they salt the roads and drive it again in April. Moving is not an option unfortunately.
  11. What’s up with the non adjustable back seat?

Fold them down, they just get in the way.
  12. New oil pan needed after 1st oil change (2.7 engine w/ plastic oil pan and drain plug)

I replaced mine for the first time after 7 oil changes in my 5.0L, it was still fine, no leaks.
  13. Which is the more reliable engine 2.3 or 2.7?

The engines themselves are much more reliable than the electronics. More likely to have electrical gremlins than hardware failures on either engine.
  14. Extended warranty difference - dealer / online

Never buy anything except Ford ESP, 3rd party extended warranties are a nightmare.
  15. Clicking noise after engine shutdown

Normal, the gremlins are just getting comfortable.
  16. CEL after just 3 miles on brand new Bronco -- Turbo Waste Gate stuck shut

Unfortunately these vehicles throw plenty of codes, some important, some go away, you'll get used to it. Forscan is a good investment.
  17. Check-engine light @ long wait for service

Yup, I get CELs, dealer is always 3-4 weeks for an appointment. By the time they can look at it they can't find any codes. I'm not bringing it in unless it won't move at this point.
  18. Quick Survey - Bronco or Defender?

Nice alternative, but no dealers within 2 hours of me.
  19. The instrument cluster isn't that bad

The cluster was designed by someone that never drove a car, it is abysmal. I thought the 1984 Corvette would hold the title of World's Worst Dash, but Ford proved me wrong.
