Hey guys,
I am renting a Bronco on Thursday the 21st while I'm here in Honolulu. Planned on going up to the North Shore for the day. Anyone want to meet up and maybe show me a FSR road or two on the way, or in the area? If so, PM me so we can exchange contact info. Thanks.
It doesn't mount to the tire carrier, as that is just moulded plastic. It mounts to a steel frame connected to the Hammer Built reinforcement. Like I said, strong, no flex, and I have no worries with it. Adding 50lbs to the reinforcement is nothing.
I was going to go this way, but I need the swingout of the tailgate for my shelving unit inside. My solution was to get a basket that mounts on top of the spare, and supports from the reinforcement. I can mount my Jack up there, along with other stuff as needed. No problem with flex at all.
Normally, I would say yes, but the seal on the removable top actually helps it seal the "V" so no need too. I've had mine like this for over two years, and no leaks. Everytime I remove the front tops, I clean the seals and use silicone spray on them so they stay as pliable as day one.
WolfBox, Hands down. The G900 or G840. I have the G900 and love it. Use it for recording Off Road for videos, and Wolfbox comes with it's own editing software that makes it easy to use.
Has a front and rear camera, the front being a replacement for your mirror. The benefit for that is that you...
Don't Need to drill a HOLE !!!!!! If you look at the Windshield gasket, there is a "V" cut into the gasket for a wire to run over. This was thought out while doing the Aux switches. Don't put another hole in there for water to find it's way in. Mine has never leaked from the wire being there, as...
If you cut a new front piece, and include the two bolts on the rear piece, then you can put a hinge where you have the cut now, and be able to lift and secure from underneath. When I made mine, I used the side as a template and ran it all along the side to the tailgate. Then I made a flat top...
Nice work !!! Can I make a suggestion for easy access, you may want to put a piano hinge on the rear part so that you can lift it up like a lid for more access, and if you have a taller item that you are transporting.
Milwakee make a system that you can add to and have many different sizes for all your needs. Harbor Freight also has a similar system, just not as many depths as Milwakee. Check those out.
I know a lot of you like myself, try to save money buying goodies for your Bronco, and most times have to buy from Amazon, or other places in the States to get what you want.
Well, I found a place that carries everything that All the other guys like Mabett, IAG U line, and Amazon, but not at...
If you want a front and rear camera, and the rear to be outside, i would suggest either the Wolfbox G840S or the G900. It will replace your rear view mirror, with a built in front camera, and it comes with a rear camera that mounts outside to your rear plate, or tire area. I have the G900, and...
They must have figured that out, and deleted there post. There was another post over a year ago about these too, and some guy posted the Amazon ones. He even had the Oracle ones, and when he got the Amazon ones, opened and compared the packages..... exactly the same thing, but the price ...
I got these off Amazon over a year ago, and they still look as good as day one. Just wire them to a fuse that is controlled by ignition, and they will come on only when the truck is running. has a app, and I added my rock lights to the same app, and now I can have the dash and rock lights change...
3W Liners will work, and I have tried them all, and prefer the 3W to them all. Not only are they a perfect fit, but they have a great pattern, and the mats clean easily.
Here is a link that will save you 20% off.... https://3wliners.com/discount/bad%20bronco?ref=hzoq80er
I used the OE mirror bracket from Wolfbox, and it worked just great. Got rid of all the bulkiness from strapping it over the original mirror. I don't have a part #, but it is the same one for a F150, or Toyota Tacoma. I gave the compatible list to @Daniela at 3W Auto Life, so she should know...
Maybe I know more than you think you do, just maybe, but it's not about them.....
I believe that you said, and I quote.....
"I would love to hear the story about how the Chinese manufactures are approaching the Bronco accessory market."
The main manufacturer that is making Bronco aftermarket...
You guys don't have Stek Dynoflex in the states ?? What?? wow, how upsetting is that..... You could always take a drive up here and save 30% just crossing the border..... and then go on a tear with us in the back country.
The development of any part comes from many sources, and tested by many before it is produced. Since they or others do not have any machinery to "develop" these parts, Someone else is doing that.
Yes, if you know what your doing, you can suggest to the manufacturer (Factory) about a new product...
