For stitching, I would suggest going to a cobbler/shoe repair shop. A lot of those guys fix many things other than shoes, and have the tools and skills to fix it correctly.

Regarding the curved glass -- or even all the glass panes -- where would we find replacement glass if it were ever to crack/break? If the glass panel sizes match the factory size, I'm assuming it would be easier to find. As for which top, the one-piece seems like it would be awkward to remove...

From what I can remember from an earlier thread, the blend date is when they marry the body to the chassis. Another question, though... Where would I be able to find my blend date?

That date is a default date in many computer systems. It means they blanked out your date in their systems for whatever reason.
