I somewhat agree with you. Had the dealer agreed to no longer charge ADM and refund any that it had collected from reservation holders, maybe it would be a fair ask to rescind negative reviews.

I cannot stand social media. So my wife asked, “Why is allocation more important than reservation/timestamp?” There’s a character limit, so that’s about as eloquently as it could be stated.

If your dealership is really bumping up against the 80% name match, clearly there is an appeals/exception process that is listed in the policy above.
