Did you ever get an answer for this? I'm in a similar situation. I have a BD w/ a capable and we recently ordered a bronco for my wife and had her pick the modular w/ hopes of getting them swapped out.

Yeah dude I lost sleep over deciding to make that decision. I got the taco because I got tired of waiting on the Bronco to come through because I went hard top + 2D so it took forever. Even told the dealer to cancel my order but thankfully the guy I was working with had a terrible memory.

I traded in a 2022 TRD Off-Road for the Bronco and its night/day. I was skeptical at first and dreading that I'd regret it but I dont miss that truck at ALL. When I look back on it I'm disappointed in the taco when I think about it's off-road capabilities compared to the Bronco. For context...

Well since I live here I considered it. But when I did my ordering dealer said trims higher than BD they start adding carpet and all that. I just wanted to be able to hose all the sand out at the end of the day

Wife and I both WFH and live at the beach... with shit traffic during peak season it's basically only used to get me out onto the sand for fishing.

What’s up guys. I was getting a lift done and we noticed these brackets up near the front tires and I’m curious what they are for? They are short and you can remove the bolts and they slide out.
