I was recently shopping for a bronco in a massive market here in Houston, TX. Most dealerships had around 5 new broncos sitting on the lot as well as a couple of BRaptors that seem pretty tough for them to sell. I was at one massive dealership that had more like 20 new broncos to chose from...
I think this is exactly what is happening. I think it's just the acoustics created by the gap between the driver's side and passenger's side front seats. Sound from the passenger side can easily travel from the passenger side to the driver's side through the gap, but sound from directly behind...
I saw another thread where a bronco owner posed an audio file of a rear wiper that sounded pretty dang rough. In my case, it simply sounds like the hum or whine of the small motor assembly that is probably driving the wiper arm.
Curious if any of you have driven both and noticed a difference. I have a 2023 4 dr Sas BL and I just recently bought a 2023 2 dr Non-sas BB for my daughter. One of the first differences we noticed in the driving the two broncos was that the newer 2dr Big Bend just seems to have a lot more...
I'm shopping for a 2-door base/big bend bronco in the houston area right now and Raptors seem way more abundant on the lots than what i'm looking for. Every salesman takes a flyer to see if i'm interested and we just have to chuckle.
Got notification from Ford that the OEM hitch assembly was back in stock so I ordered mine with the 4/7 wiring harness in December. Scheduled for installation at a local dealer here in Houston this week. Fingers crossed that it goes well...
Well I'm not quite there yet...but close. Ford chat told me it was on a Ramp at a local Houston railyard as of 1/31 (Tuesday). Should be any day now. Maybe I'll cruise by the dealer today and have a look around!
I received a 'shipped' email on Sunday after build/blend last week. Ford chat confirmed that my vehicle had been shipped and gave me a railcar # on Canadian National Railways (you have to request that info). I haven't figured out how to track with Canadian National yet, but as of this morning...
Got an email saying my bronco has shipped early this morning. Estimated delivery to the Houston area is currently second week in February. I would be surprised if it all went that fast, but I have a local friend who ordered a tremor recently who said his truck actually shipped faster than...
It certainly would have if you dropped some of the biggest restraints such as MIC top.
I got impatient with no news on my first week reservation(4dr/obx/mic/Sasquatch/lux/2.7) last December and ordered a second Bronco from the same dealer(Metropolitan Ford in MN) minus the MIC top and Sasquatch...
Yeah, that's not a good look, but I hesitated mentioning the dealer because most of my frustration isn't aimed toward them. The communication hasn't been great and I feel like they may have overstated initial allocations, but I believe they have been selling at MSRP and haven't heard of any ADM...
Exactly. This is my current plan. Given my price point with an upper level trim, the last thing I would do is cancel the order or let the dealer have it to mark up themselves.
