Bronco got delivered to dealer on 12/11. Find out today that it was delivered with a cracked rear window. Need 7 more days to repair so can’t take delivery.

Is anyone else having issues with the tracker?
I'm scheduled for 11/29 but when I put my order # and VIN into the tracker it's showing "We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN."
I know the info is correct since I've used the tracker before
