I've been required to be a union member at several points in my life. In my youth as a retail clerk; and over a 32 career in law enforcement. The union is little more than a third-party entity which places itself between the employer and the employee - and is only interested in one thing -...
Given all the color choices from Day-1 forward, I'd pick carbonized grey again in a heartbeat. The nay-sayers can can take my license plate to heart, lol...
I've always got a chuckle over these debates about the B&O system. And I'm agreeing with the OP, the system is just fine (especially considering the vehicle it's in).
Back when I was younger (I'm well north of 60 now), I use to sell high-end audio equipment -think back to the days of the dimly...
Will do! My wife thinks I'm trying to single-handedly trying to keep them in business myself. We trek up the 101 from home base in Camarillo to the San Ynez Valley quite frequently, and always stop in Buellton for a drink - before heading north to Los Olivos for her drink 😉
Decades ago, we use to head out west of Fallen Leaf Lake (south of Eagle Falls a short way), and that area is indeed beautiful. I think the little Angora Lakes (?) is about as far as you can go these days (but it's been a good 10 years since I've been out that way). Looks like fun!
That is exactly what I did in my '92 Eddie Bauer. The one I got also gave me a value for my voltage, which was handy once my dash meter stopped working...
100% agree.
We were at Acadia NP several years ago, and a Ranger leading a tour tried to tell us Acadia was the most beautiful of all the NPs. When I asked him if he had ever visited Yosemite, I only got a smirk, lol...
Yeah, Acadia is pretty (especially in the fall, like when we were there) -...
There use to be a whole lot more planes parked there at the Mojave airport.
And had you turned east (which I don't recommend) on SR-138 from SR-14, you would have found the graveyard of VW vehicles which VW may have told a little lie about their emissions, lol. Thousands of vehicles...

It does genuinely suck to loose a pet. I've had to be the person to take our last two dogs to the vet to be put down while the rest of the family was hysterical at home regarding the pet's decline.
Our Border Collie had to be put down a few years ago right after Christmas - which frequently...
Yup, the dealership holds the $100. I had a helluva time getting one of my reservations cancelled and refunded. Several calls to both the dealership and Ford to finally get it resolved (over the course of about 2 months).
Having previously come from a 36 gallon aftermarket tank on my EB FSB; and a 44 gallon tank on my Excursion, it seems like I'm at the gas station way too frequently in my 21 2-door. I'd definitely prefer a larger tank option.
Although I don't know CHP's policy when it comes to chain areas, every time I've driven to Mammoth or Tahoe with snow on the roadway, CHP has looked at my A/T tires and just said "You've got All-Terrain tires - you are okay to pass". I'm not at all sure if that is their policy or an anomaly.
