  3. Custom Illuminated Aux Switches - DIY

Hobby Lobby, didn't use the cricut brand as it was very gloss black but the other brand they had was less so and mixed in better.

  5. Custom Illuminated Aux Switches - DIY

Thanks! That's what I was going for
  6. Custom Illuminated Aux Switches - DIY

I definitely was thinking of Stickerfab when doing this. In order to make it all more palatable for someone to purchase you'd need an easier/better way to sand and then align them. Results could vary for everyone depending on how steady of a hand you have. Also would need to make a custom font...

Ah duh, I'll do that and put it on the original post. Good call

  10. Custom Illuminated Aux Switches - DIY

  14. Custom Illuminated Aux Switches - DIY

I thought about that but didn't want anything not manual as a quick slip would mean irreversible sanding.
  15. Custom Illuminated Aux Switches - DIY

This was quite the process to dial in but really happy with the results. Don't yet have anything hooked up to AUX1 so leaving it alone for now, but have a "SWY" label for the future as I hope to install OEM disconnect. First step was to create vinyl labels using a Cricut machine. I went through...
  16. Sway Bar quick disconnects

Mine does the same, ever so slightly. Mostly at lower speeds. The o-ring front and back is interesting, mine would be way too tight and would take quite a big of force to get that pin back in. I've been contemplating adding in some more rubber but it would need to be thinner than the o-ring...
  17. Steering rack click noise

Did you get this resolved? Mine just started making that same clicking sound when full turns today. Edit: had an oil change last week and they must not have totally torqued down the skid, and off roading since then must have loosened it enough. I pulled off to inspect the steering rack since I...
  18. Colorado WTB One Goodyear Sasquatch size tire

Oh man you missed me by 4 days. I just swapped out all 5 to something different and the spare had plenty of tread left on it.
  19. Speaker Volume when installing Midland MXT275

Yup, handset has speaker too. It wasn't enough for me at highway speeds and soft top, so I got the Midland aux speaker and it sits right under my seat. At not highway speeds the handset speaker is plenty.
