It's time! What time you ask???! Time for our 22 Badsquatch to upgrade to 37s! Eyeing the STT Pros at this point but wanted some feedback: how much sacrifice in road manners did you notice when upgrading to 37" mud tires?

Like a lot of you I am not interested in gawdy mud flaps that cost $400(or even $200 for that matter). With that in mind I set out to build my own solution, and I think I've come up with a winner. To be acceptable to me a mud flap had to fit the following criteria:

I did the same thing, only I purchased a large sheet of 2" thick neoprene insulation to accomplish it. I cut it to fit and adhered it to the roof panels. Works great!
