    This has to be significant brand damage to Ford. You just can't get away with treating confirmed customers this way. I know there are a lot of things outside of their control right now, but communication can't be one of them.

    Dealer wrote me back this morning that mine shows produced, awaiting transportation. Been saying that since 10 Dec...I only ask for an update from them once a week.

    The tracking systems seem to be working again, but I don't see any new info on the b6g tracker. I know I haven't gotten module updates, though I was expecting that by the morning. I agree with your analysis that work continues, but updates don't.
