I have been told the same thing from the dealer I am going through for 3 weeks now.... Edit, check that, just checked the first email that I was told it was unscheduled clean and that was 6-24-22 ....so a month plus. Ugh

I have heard of several people having good experience with Laura, wish I would have known back then...I would have drove the 2hours +/-. They seem highly recommended.

I feel your pain, sitting on a 18 year old Honda Element that is going to cost me $$$$ until this bronco comes in....feel like I am throwing money in the fire keeping it going. To top it off my plates are due in March so I will need an inspection to keep going past that...that could get real...
