The harness is on its way back to me, luckily he still has it.
Ok I was feeling silly so I went down to the dealer to take a look at an unmodified setup. Looks like the installer removed the wiring harness back to the connector in the engine bay.
I replaced my stock bumper with an aftermarket steel bumper. In the process, I had the installer throw away the plastic bumper and fog lights. I would like to install after market lights, but use the stock fog switch. Could one of you check where the connectors for the stock fog lights are...

Factory installed. Covers the front of the hood and quarter panels about a foot or so. Nicely installed and even around the edges. Thought it was a scratch when I first saw it though.
Finally picked up our Bronco today, out build weeks went from Aug 8th to Aug 28th to Sept 20th and finally got built after switching to soft top on Sept 10th for fear of never getting our Bronco.
