Fluttering from a turbo engine is usually just the sound of the wastegate. That video sounded normal to me. The engine sound of the 2.3 is way louder than the 2.7 in cabin too.

Late reply but Autonation in MN isn't marking up Broncos right now.

Just ordered my '22 Badlands from Autonation - 2 door, 2.3/manual, and roof rails as my only option. I reserved in July of this year but had my order 99'd. Now I'm sitting at priority level 10 and could potentially see my order scheduled right away in December. We'll see!

Everyone is right about why to run snow tires but I agree with you from a practical stand point. I also live in MN and I've run snow tires on all my cars, but they all had some sort of really crappy all-season tire or a performance tire on and I had to run snows. I'm thinking my stock Badlands...
