    Dealership can confirm the issue and took the door panel off and can’t seem to find anything wrong with it. They opened a ticket with ford and are awaiting further instruction

    We switched to soft in Sept and got a build date for 10/11. Then was bumped up to 10/4 blended on 10/8 and built and was sent out By csx to East Brookfield.
