Hi all,
Selling my Sasquatch Bilstein’s with OWM springs as well as the front upper control arms and rear track bar. Missing most hardware. These were just taken off at 22kk miles. Excellent condition with no leaks or damage - just dusty.
I’d like to get $400 for everything, but feel free to...
I had the same issue. Basically the plastic panels of the soft top that get mounted under metal roof panels end up raising up the roof panels by a few millimeters. This effectively raises the point where the front and center roof panels mount and reduces the weatherstripping compression by the...
I just noticed this and spent a whole road trip staring at it trying to figure out why they did this.
My theory:
Originally both mirrors were designed with the notched corner like the passenger side, which looks a bit more stylized. I’m thinking partway through development (after all the...
Hi all,
For the past few weeks I’ve noticed a pronounced clunk coming from my front passenger side wheel area when turning the wheel to or from full lock. Today I crawled underneath to check out the area and I discovered that the CV boot isn’t properly secured in place and there’s heavy grease...
The Velcro on my JTop has peeled twice. The replacement kit I received was just a couple feet of Velcro (not a full length - so I had to section it in - disappointing), and some promoter. I also followed the directions.
The JTop also caused a visible gap between the hard top seals and roll cage...
Beautiful setup!
I have a question about the iKamper 3. Does the ladder end up serving as somewhat of a support for the tent?
I’m curious about this, because with the weight of the tent and 3 occupants it’s easy to surpass the weight capacity of the roof. I’m wondering if the ladder does any...
Thanks for the tip. Yes, I fasten that nut down when I have the bikes on, but it doesn’t take out the vertical slop between the spring loaded bar and the slot it nests into, unfortunately.
With 2 bikes there’s a bit of bounce but it isn’t much of a concern. Aside from the bounce in the rack, the hitch clamp I added definitely helps with the stability overall. Here’s a link to the one I picked up:
Trimax THC200 Univeral Anti-Rattle Clamp Fits 2" Hitch https://a.co/d/eHQYKPA
I’ve been running a gen 1 Rack Attach with both a 1up bike rack (up to 4 trays) and a 1up cargo tray. I have the anti wobble insert and I also picked up an addition stabilizer clamp to further lock down the Rack Attach to the hitch. I also picked up a spacer for the spare mount which spaces the...
Since I got the full screen update a week ago I’ve been having issues with CarPlay inconsistently connecting. I often how to power cycle the Bronco a few times to get it to connect. My iPhone 12 is on the latest version of iOS.
Anyone else having this issue?

Hello,
I’m selling a set of one year old OEM rock rails. They’re in near perfect condition and have never taken a hit.
Text me at 845-901-0516 if you’re interested. Pick up only.
Hi I saw that you were interested in picking up a set of OEM rock rails. I have a pair for sale and am located in...
All of the prototypes have worked well, and the final pre-production prototypes I’m running have been the best yet. I’ve used them in mid, rocks, sand, and gravel over the course of the year. This final design has a stiffer material up top which helps control the shape of the flap and provide...
I can’t measure it at the moment, but the distance from the bottom of the flap to the ground is about 9-10” with Sasquatch package from what I remember.
Hi all,
I’ve been working with Rally Armor for the past year on developing their flap designs and beating on prototypes. Feel free to bounce any questions off me.
Here are some photos of the final design with and versions without OEM rock rails, for Sasquatch package and steel bumper.
Cheers!
