A friend of mine just took delivery of a fully loaded Wildtrack that was ordered by another customer and they decided not to take it and it was for MSRP.
No surprises. Information already provided on here was very helpful. It was easier running the wire from the back to the front compared to the Ranger but the work at the taillights was a little more involved but not difficult. The scariest part is cutting the wires on the wiring harness.
I found this https://www.etrailer.com/p-22292.html to connect under the dash to the factory installed connector for the brakes.
It will not connect to my Redarc on the other end but the red, white, black and blue wires match.
I think any of the aftermarket base plates will require removal of the front recovery points. I did that on my Ranger with the Roadmaster, I did not want to do it with the Bronco.
I hope those of us that use the factory points on the modular bumper do not have any problems down the road.
The cables connect to the recovery point as well. There is a hole that the adapters fit in and then a "loop" directly below that where I connect the cables. I had the Roadmaster tow bar and their adapters fit without any modifications. "Widening" any metal means you are bending it and possibly...
Took delivery in January 2021. Have a little over 13k miles on it. Love it so far. We had a Newmar back about 10 years ago but this coach is much better. Entegra builds a nice coach.
I did not want to be the guinea pig on using the recovery points included with the modular bumper.
Nothing I read indicated that Ford would stand behind the loads created by flat towing on these attach points. Rumors abound that since Ford would not provide the maximum load information to the...
There are a few manufacturers for tow bar equipment. Roadmaster (what I use) Blue Ox, Curt and I am sure others. The Bronco is still a pretty new vehicle so they have to get an actual vehicle in their shop to perform the engineering to make the tow bars work.
Blue Ox has already released their...
I already have them printed off. I wired my 2019 Ranger with the same kit so that part does not scare me. Destroying body panels on my brand new Bronco does. ;)
I have the Sterling All-Terrain tow bar. The part number for the adapter is 035-1 https://www.etrailer.com/Base_Plates/Roadmaster/RM-035-1.html . I purchased at etrailer.com along with the universal diode wiring kit (https://www.etrailer.com/Tow_Bar_Wiring/Roadmaster/RM-15267.html) and the...
The USB C/USB A power port on the dash near the windshield is not working.
Anyone else have this issue? I tried to locate a fuse just for that port and unable to locate.
Good news!

Well dang. I thought I was onto something.
So, it is safe to assume that those lucky folks that have already taken delivery with the MIC or with a soft top, all have the MIC number on their window stickler? If so, I will just continue to refresh my browser every 20 minutes.
