I do give a crap. I should get a quality product that I feel good about for the kind of money we're paying for these things. What would it have cost Ford to use a computer chip that wasn't laggy? An extra 50$? What do heated seats cost them? 15$ extra?
I have a 22 Black Diamond with the 2.7, automatic, and hard top. I have 21k miles on mine. I haven't made any modifications but I am thinking about going to 33 inch tires. The only warranty repair I took it in for was a squeeky rear hatch. The dealer put some kind of lubricant on the rubber to...
I can have them balanced and installed for 85$ at a nearby shop. How does one go about selling a set of tires? I am curious what my all in cost would be after I sell my existing set. Surely they are worth something.
Almost 3 years wait is total insanity for a mass produced vehicle. You got screwed IMHO. It's great that they offered you price protection at least. I ordered in early 2022 and took delivery 6 months later while your Bronco sat on some lot somewhere.
And for 42k you get manual air conditioning, plastic bumpers, no carpeting, 31 inch tires, and a fabric top that's basically throwaway. I understand for 2024 they've managed to install a subwoofer, which is a good thing because my 22's sound system is garbage.
Sounds like I could put these on a Black Diamond without issue then.

Given how high prices are now, it's worth taking a hard look at the new Land Cruiser. A new 4Runner will also be coming out very soon. Ford is insane with these prices. My guess is they are trying to make up for the losses on their pointless Mach-E station wagon.
The Bronco is too expensive now. Overall, I do like my Bronco (despite the trash sound system) but I wouldn't order it again with the price hikes and feature loss. The massive price hikes and trim/feature changes leave me with a bad impression of Ford.
I love the Cyber Orange. I also have a Black Diamond. Do you like your Morimoto headlights? Also, do you happen to know if I need spacers for 33 inch tires?
I know what you mean. After 15k miles, my mpg readout right now displays 19.8 mpg with my stock Black Diamond tires and wheels. All the Bronco owners I meet with gigantic tires get 16 mpg. Bigger tires provide more ground clearance but at a cost.
Totally agree. I have a Black Diamond four door with nothing but a V-6 and a hardtop. No automatic temperature control. No heated seats. Plasticky interior. I paid 46k.
I may go see if I can leave a deposit with my local Lexus dealer to be one of the first orders. This looks really good.
