Because the dealer is either stupid or knew what they were doing.
My guess is they absolutely knew they could take this guy as he didn't/doesn't know how to "cya" so to speak.
But the stupidity is astounding by writing fake reviews to counter the fake reviews. This is comical all around...
Are you calling the member here that relayed this information about the OP damaging their walls a liar?

Your guy, the OP, threw a tantrum at the dealer, damaged their walls, and will now face criminal trespass charges if he steps on their lot.
Wow did this take a turn. All over a mall crawler SUV. Astounding.
Thatās my entire point. Yet the kids here are literally throwing tantrums. I donāt get it.
Amazing the truth is so triggering. Get these people a safe space!
No I get the point and fully believe that. Hence why if I had a dealer I would make it well known that people will not pay above MSRP for a vehicle (not including tax title license and fees)
I also think itās hilarious the dealer is so blatant in their fake reviews. The stupidity on both...
Theres a brilliant idea. Post all kinds of sensitive personal information on the internet to prove to a bunch of Wrangler wannabe owners that Iām not associated with the dealer. Iāll be sure to get right on that.

My god the amount of people that think Iām associated with this dealer in any way is absolutely hysterical.
You know what they say about people that assumeā¦ā¦
Straight from Ford.com:
āBy completing the Reservation Process, you are not ordering or purchasing a vehicle. The Reservation Process allows you to configure a Vehicle and pay the Reservation Deposit (āReservation Depositā) to an authorized Ford or Lincoln dealer (collectively āDealerā) you...
Correct. And he signed that document saying āyes, this is the vehicle and options I want orderedā. There was no agreement on price. The dealer never signed the document either.
Nobody has said itās okay. But legally it holds water. The OP should have done his due diligence (because you knew when you ordered it that ADMs were to be expected) and the dealer should have done their due diligence and had paperwork signed by both parties. Both sides are complicit.
That would have been a valid argument prior to the OP having a tantrum and encouraging people to leave fake bad reviews. At this point, and without a purchase agreement or anything binding that says they have to give the OP first right of refusal, they should just wash their hands of him and...
