I pulled valve stem caps off a Shelby Super Snake and put them on the Bronco. I figure 8 HP per cap = 40hp (don't forget to count the spare).
I do like the idea of using those decals as "kill marks" though.
Well, I was hoping to get this challenge done properly today, but weather is supposed to be bad by the time I get off work so it is likely not going to happen.
That's the Smokey and the Bandit run! Load up your Bronco with cold Coors Light, find a semi to partner with, and rush to Atlanta quick enough to keep the mountains blue.
Dang, I didn't realize the pizza challenge was the official one. I will get 'er done this week, that way if the challenge moves on to something else we can still check the box that no challenge was left undone.
Not true. You can air down or those crash bars act like the excess line trimmer on your weed-eater. It will take care of any excess rubber on the tire and trim them down to a useable size.
I too get my news from Jalopnik.
With that said, you never know. Remember Four Wheeler and MotorTrend's April Fools Bronco articles teasing a re-release in? Yet we finally made it!
GM is probably quite content with the Yukon AT4 filling in the role of SUV off-roader. They had a great...
I assume the goal is to reduce the risk of your dog jumping out or otherwise being too far out that he might get injured while driving?
Have you thought of a different harness setup as an option instead of fabricating a new door solution.
Otherwise, you might be able to use your cargo net idea...

But really, I suspect a combo of @Glade Runner & @TonkaTruck .
Opens from the driver's side because the assumption is there will always be a driver and not always a passenger. So makes sense it would open on the...
Agree with others that this was just another concept that we regularly see at EJS that will likely never make production. My personal fave was the SJ Cherokee hybrid concept
@vicorjh beat me to it. Yes, happens. Good news is a new switch is only $20. Should it happen...no, but the fix is cheap. Free if you are under warranty and able to use. My local dealer will hold the car a few days for warranty work so for me I did at home.
Dont go quitting yet. For the non-believers, I would like to introduce you to the /idiotstowingthings in Reddit. Here is a free taste, next one costs you...

To the post at hand...sigh. Let me offer my alternative view. I tend to see way more issues with persons driving Infinity SUVs. If its black, it is probably even higher on the spectrum of clueless or rude. May not be the case for you, but enough in my area that I have made at least 5 people...
Wrench left on battery contacting both terminals? Was the "clicking" more of a "clanging" like a loose tool, or the same "clicking" noises you hear when Bronco comes out of sleep mode? More importantly, were there blown fuses and a super hot wrench in the engine bay?
*However the battery has...
My friend Moses had this happen with his 2.3. He heard a voice from the engine bay while it was on fire telling him to take the Bronco6g members to Detroit, Michigan. Unfortunately he drowned while trying to part the Colorado River so here we are.
Glad you found a good deal. Sometimes the risk is not necessarily the cost, but the service. My buddy got a great deal on a service package of oil changes for x years on his wife's new car. Very much a DIYer, but said the price was so cheap he just couldn't say no. Took it in for its first...
Everyone asks if it was latched properly, but you also should check that the bracket is adjusted properly. The bracket where the top latches in the middle can be adjusted forward and backward to snug things up. Worth a try.
