So curious if anyone knows how this rail shipping scenario works? Mine is going to Omaha. It left Michigan to Woodbridge Ohio, then to Blue Island Illinois, now it’s in Gibson County Indiana. Next destination unknown. Guessing it will go to Kansas City MO? Then up to Omaha/Council Bluffs area…...
Oh boy, all this action is getting me excited! Again… I am a 1/27 blend, 1/31 “in production”, so hoping I am a mere days away from my built status. Also praying this isn’t another one of many letdowns. My dad got his a week or so ago and I got to take it for a spin. Only made the wait that much...
Still "In Production" here as well... Since 1/31. And not a peep from Ford since. Shit show doesn't even come close to describing this debacle! Happy for everyone who has received theirs. But so damn tired of watching the same truck roll fresh off the line while mine sits out lord knows...
Congrats @DT BB ! Close enough you are giving me some hope, especially after having recently been bumped another 90 days. Curious if @savleigh21 or @tynamo29 have any updates? Praying we see some more action here this week!!!
Yeah, I have been jacked around every way possible… and I still have zero clue as to why and when. Such a croc of shit that a company like Ford can be so incompetent! If I didn’t have a garage full of parts, I would have jumped ship. I’m a die hard Bronco guy, but this experience has jaded me...
My “In production” on 1/31 was the last change I had. So from then til today, I skipped built and went to shipped somehow. Now trying to get some more info out of my dealer to see how realistic any of this is.
Hello, reading through your post and curious about the back seat space in the 2 door. I know it is technically a 4 seater, but could (3) kids sit in across in the back seat? Wondering the overall width of the two back seats? Appreciate any info you can share. Still waiting for mine!!!
Thank you...
@npm5150 and @JRBinMalibuCanyon - can you guys share your tear tag info? We are all 2 door, 2.7L, Auto builds, which according to the chart posted, is an NVS2 tear tag. Mine however says NPC2?? wrong engine code?
Blend Date: 1/27
In production: 1/31
no movement since.
Tear tag: NPC2 (should be NVS2 -according to chart above)
I am a 2.7L 2 door, not a 2.3L, so either the tear tag info is incorrect, or they put the wrong engine in my Wildtrak!! Window sticker shows everything correct though, so lord only...
I am curious if your friend has any insight into the size of the crews established to make these replacements/installs as the parts are available. How many are allocated to ice mountain vs new line vehicles? So many questions!!!
Reports of over 50,000 trucks stored in Kentucky at one point last year. Not sure how true that number is, but seems as if we are heading in that same direction. 582 days and counting for this guy.
